Firm and quite deep, noble, somewhat herbal stone fruit scent with a hint of dark berries, finest tobacco as well as peppery and mineral nuances and a little nutmeg. Taut, rather juicy fruit, especially reminiscent of vineyard peach with fine, ripe acidity and lots of grip, herbal and delicately yeasty aromas, a hint of smoke, substantial and persistent on the palate, has depth, distinct minerality, quite complex, hints of dark berries in the background, very good, firm, juicy and grippy finish, again with herbal spice and minerality and still very slightly drying tannin.
