Deep, complex and very firm, tart, distinctly herbal to herbaceous and slightly green-tobacco, with air increasingly impressive aroma with restrained, noble yellow-fruity aromas, some smoke, morels, floral traces and minerality. Firm in the mouth too, juicy, cool and tart, present, very fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, persistent, herbaceous-vegetal and mineral, a trace of smoke in the background, good substance and depth, straightforward style with precise contours, becomes more and more complex, still undeveloped, nutty and tobacco hints, shiitake mushrooms, also a trace of pepper, very good, taut, tangy and finely spicy, again clearly herbal finish with soy sauce.
