Slightly dried-vegetable and slightly yeasty, also a bit floral with relatively reserved, rather tart yellow-fruity notes and a hint of kernel oil. Firm, relatively tart, juicy fruit with notes of Provence herbs, pumpkin seeds and kernel oil, nutty-yeasty nuances and earthy minerality, crumbly tannin, quite fine acidity, substantial and persistent on the palate, very delicate sweetish melt, tobacco nuances, some depth, very good finish
