Spicy nose, hint of onions, partly dried vegetal notes, berry fruit, herbaceous traces, light earthy and mineral notes. Cool, fairly fresh fruit on the palate, vegetal notes and a hint of onions again, lively acidity, touch of carbon dioxide, smoky oak in the background, fairly prominent, fine, sandy tannins, some depth, mineral notes in the background, becomes significantly more juicy with aeration, toasted traces, some bite on a very good, firm finish.
