Firm nose, still resless and slightlysulphurous, deep, herbaceous notes, intense mineral notes, yellow fruit, hint of bacon, floral and peppery traces, some musselshells anddried algae. Firmlystructured, very juicy, ripe, slightly oily fruit on the palate, touch of yellow spice, herbaceous aromas, elegant acidity, integrated tannins, has substance, full body, good depth, still young, elegant grip, yeasty traces, more yellow spice andfloral notes, slightly sweetish and creamy, prominent mineral notes on a very good, long finish. Definitely needs time to mature.
