Deep, firm, tart nose, still reductive, prominent vegetal notes, light yellow fruit aromas, mineral notes, floral and herbaceous traces, hint of bacon. Firm juicy fruit on the palate, herbaceous, floral and saltyaromas, hint of red berries in the background, fine sandy tannins, sweetish and creamy, persistent, good depth, hint of bacon, some bite as well as oily traces on a very good, firm, juicy finish.
