Translate to English Noch etwas reduktive und hefige, unentwickelte Nase mit gelbfruchtigen, pflanzlichen, erdig-mineralischen und auch leicht petroligen Noten sowie einem Hauch Paprika und weißem Pfeffer. Reife, saftige, nicht restlos trockene Frucht mit Kandisnoten, feinen pflanzlichen und gelb-gewürzigen Aromen, Kümmel, etwas Salbei und floralen Noten, nachhaltig am Gaumen, verhaltener, mürber Gerbstoff, ein Hauch Pfeffer im Hintergrund, eine Spur dunkler Beeren, noch eher unentwickelt, ziemlich dicht, salzige, dann aber auch eher dunkle Mineralik, sehr guter, recht saftiger Abgang. Von uns zunächst völlig unterschätzt; legt mit Luft noch einmal gewaltig zu.
