Translate to English Fester, rauchiger und etwas nussiger Duft nach Wurzelgemüse, Kräutern mit Kern- und Steinobstaromen, etwas Tabak sowie erdigen und steinigen mineralischen Tönen. Reife, saftige, etwas süßliche Frucht, lebendige Säure, kräuterig-pflanzliche und auch wieder leicht gemüsige Noten, etwas gelbe Würze, lebendige Säure, Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, Kandistöne, rauchige Spuren, im Hintergrund kreidig-steinige Mineralik, ein wenig dunkle Beeren, ätherische Noten und Wachs, sehr guter, saftiger, wieder süßlicher Abgang mit Griff.

Editor note: Translate to English Noch unruhige und einen Hauch schärfende, aber schon Tiefe anzeigende, fein-vegetabile, kräuterige und etwas florale Zitrus-Steinobstnase mit Feuerstein-artiger Mineralik und schwarzbeerigen Nuancen. Sehr reife, saftige, zart süßlich-schmelzige Frucht, viel Stoff, kräuterige Töne, lebhafte Säure und viel mürber Gerbstoff, nachhaltig, hat Biss und Griff, gute Tiefe, mittlere Kraft, noch wenig entwickelt und leicht rau am Gaumen, etwas Safran und Wachs, sehr guter, etwas schmelziger und süßlicher Abgang mit viel Biss. Wirkt erst ein wenig indifferent, gewinnt mit Luft aber erheblich an Spannung.
