Deep, dense and complex stone fruit scent with slightly smoky and herbal aromas, some yellow spice, a hint of tobacco, distinct minerality and black berry tones. Ripe, tightly knit, melting, very dense fruit with yellow spice, some herbs and smoke, delicate nutty hints, again also black and red berries, deep, multilayered and substantial, stony minerality, slight creaminess, but also grip, floral nuances and a hint of bacon,long, dense, juicy finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Sehr fester, tiefer und herber, deutlich mineralischer Zitrus-Steinobstduft mit kräuterigen und hefigen Noten, etwas Tabak und einem Hauch schwarzer Beeren. Reife, dicht gewirkte und überaus saftige Frucht im Mund, wirkt im ersten Moment erstaunlich weich, greift dann aber immer mehr zu, lebhafte, feine Säure, mürber Gerbstoff, konzentriert, tief und nachhaltig, tabakige Nuancen, enorme Mineralik im Hintergrund, leicht süßlicher Schmelz, noch völlig unentwickelt, gewisse Wärme, viel Kraft, trotz des moderaten Alkohols, griffig, vielschichtig, sehr guter bis langer, wieder sehr saftiger Abgang mit feiner Würze und Mineralik.
