The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

At that time, the owner was still a member of the Boutari Group, from which he separated in 1997 and managed the business autonomously under its present name (Master Yiannis). The head office is located in Yianakohori in the Naoussa appellation and covers 50 hectares of vineyards. A second winery was opened in 1985 in Aghios Panteleimon (not to be confused with the monastery on Athos) in the Amynteo appellation. This estate comprises 17 hectares of vineyards. In addition, grapes from independent contract winegrowers of 40 hectares of vineyard area are delivered. Today, his two sons Michalis and Stelios work on the estate. The red wine varieties Merlot, Syrah and , as well as the white wine varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Roditis are cultivated. The product range includes the two POP red wines Ramnista (Naoussa) and Akakies (Amynteon), as well as Topikos Oinos (country wines).
