Firm, somewhat yellow-spicy, vegetal to dried-herbal, nutty and hinted mushroomy scent of yellow fruits with a little gooseberries, sage, peppers, kohlrabi and blackberries. Polished, firm fruit with slightly spicy aromas, fine, lively acidity, juniper and paprika in the background, noticeable grip, dense and persistent, intense, stony-salty minerality, some depth, very good finish.
