2021 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Cuvée "Terlaner", Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, polished, somewhat fennel-like and herbaceous aroma with rather bright yellow fruity aromas, hints of bread spices, yeast and floral traces. Clear, ripe, somewhat warm, tightly knitted fruit, nutty, delicately yeasty and hints of buttery aromas, very fine acidity and some grip, persistent, vegetal, floral and black berry nuances, hints of citrus zest, quite clear, chalky-salty minerality, a little fresh root vegetables, very delicate ethereal notes reminiscent of eucalyptus, very good finish.
