Firm, tart, multi-layered and quite deep, somewhat lightly nutty, yeasty and clearly herbal aroma with fine aromas of ripe yellow fruits, a little fennel, aniseed, light bread crust, floral nuances and minerality. Firmly knit, ripe, melting fruit, nutty aromas, distinct fennel, some anise and savoy cabbage, very fine, lively acidity, lots of grip from very friable tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, good depth, distinct minerality, restrained power, still undeveloped, light nutty tones, very good, firm, grippy, tart, melting and salty finish with fennel and anise notes.
