Tart, quite firm, herbal and slightly yeasty aroma with fine pome fruit and citrus aromas and mineral hints. Clear, taut, tangy fruit, fine herbal and slightly white-peppery spiciness, yeasty notes, very delicate, a hint of tobacco wood, persistent on the palate, good substance, some depth, salty and slightly chalky minerality, very good finish with tart juice, grip and spiciness.

Best to drink: 2022-2026+. What our ratings mean
