2019 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Riserva Cuvée "Nova Domus", Alto Adige, Italy

Firm and quite deep, tart, relatively restrained aroma of citrus fruits and pome fruits with clearly herbal-planty aromas, a hint of exoticism, nutty aromas, a hint of yeast, honey and floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, tightly knitted fruit, nutty, smoky and somewhat yellow-spicy notes, slightly herbal to herbaceous in the background, some elderberry, also a hint of lemon pepper, fine, lively acidity, grip of crumbly tannin, clear, chalky-salty minerality, lots of power, certain warmth, still undeveloped, very good, tight, juicy and spicy finish. Still needs to mature.
