2018 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Blanc "Winkl®", Alto Adige, Italy

Somewhat planty, mineral and slightly nutty-yeasty fragrance with restrained but firm yellow fruity aromas as well as floral nuances and hinted green berries. Ripe, firm and at the same time melt-in-the-mouth, rather calm, juicy fruit, very fine acidity, touch of crumbly tannin, yeasty nuances, herbal notes, again also green and in addition indicated black berries, currant leaves, clear minerality in the background, ethereal nuances, good depth, still young, quite complex, very good, juicy and melt-in-the-mouth finish, again with clear minerality
