Firm, tart nose, light vegetal and herbaceous notes, light yellow fruit, whiff of fresh grass, mineral traces. Clear, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, cool style, very elegant acidity, fresh vegetal notes, still has dleicate yeasty traces, hint of elderflower in the background, persistent, fairly firm structure, some depth, elegant style, prominent mineral notes, very good firm, tart, huicy finish. Enjoyable.
