Firm, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, lively, elegant acidity, ripe tannins provide grip, nutty aromas, hint of bacon in the background, touch of umami, good depth, still young, quite complex, herbaceous traces, very good, firm, tart, grippy, ripe, juicy finish with light mineral and spicy notes.
