2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Blanc Quarz, Alto Adige, Italy

firm, tart, fairly cool nose, fresh vegetal notes, restrained green and yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Very firm juicy, slightly creamy fruit on the palate, elegant acidity, fresh vegetal and delicate floral aromas, persistent and concentrated, still undeveloped, full-bodied, but not heavy, good depth, salty mineral notes, some mountain herbs and flowers, opens up significantly with aeration, very good firm, juicy finish..
