2014 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Blanc Quarz, Alto Adige, Italy

Very firm and fairly tart nose, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, citrus fruit and green berries, hint of asparagus, delicate touch of bread, some tobacco, intense mineral notes. Concnetrated, juicy, fairly tart fruit on the palate, prominent vegetal and herbaceous aromas, hint of sugar candy, very elegant, lively acidity, restrained, integrated tannins, persistent and concentrated, still young, but shows some depth, delicate peppery traces, creamy, but also has grip and bite, floral traces, hint of peanuts, salty mineral notes, mountain herbs on a very good, long, juicy finish.
