2013 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Pinot Bianco Riserva Vorberg, Alto Adige, Italy

Firm, polished, cool nose, dried vegetal and herbaceous notes, light hint of tobacco, ripe pomaceous fruit, citrus fruit and some pineapple, elegant nutty, yeasty and earthy traces, delicate touch of spicy oak. Firm, cool, elegant and juicy fruit on the palate, elegant floral, vegetal and nutty aromas, moderate oak, still slightly yeasty, salty mineral notes, white pepper, very persistent, has some depth, cool herbaceous notes, still young, quite concentrated, very good finish. Give it time to mature.
