Restrained, clearly herbal fragrance with very restrained yellow fruity notes, nutty traces and a hint of celery. Ripe, melting, somewhat warm fruit, very fine acidity, nutty hints, also planty tones on the palate, persistent, has power, delicate grip, very light ethereal spiciness, distinct minerality, very good, alcohol-warm and melting finish

Editor note: Translate to English Fester, noch unruhiger, etwas getrocknet-pflanzlicher und leicht floraler Duft nach Zitrusfrüchten und Zitronengras mit Kernobstnoten, Bergkräutern, sehr feinen gemüsigen Tönen, frischem Fisch und gewisser Mineralik. Auch im Mund recht fest, ziemlich saftige, geschliffene Frucht mit feiner Säure, hefigen Nuancen und herber Mineralik, grasig-kräuterige Aromen am Gaumen, ganz leicht nussig, hat Griff und Biss, gezügelte Kraft, gute Nachhaltigkeit, sehr guter Abgang mit Saft, herber pflanzlicher Würze und Mineralik.
