2013 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Blauburgunder Riserva Montigl, Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, surprisingly cool and fairly polished nose, cherries and berries, dried floral and herbaceous traces, earthy traces and mineral notes. Firm, ripe, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, moderate oak, light smoky notes, earthy, yeasty and dried vegetal traces, persistent and firm, some depth, elegant acid bite, tranquil style, quite cool in spite of the high alcohol, hint of tobacco and citrus notes, very elegant herbaceous and floral traces, very good tart, juicy, minerally finish.
