Translate to English Fester, nussiger und deutlich herb-pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger Duft nach Kernobst und Zitrusfrüchten mit Noten grüner Beeren, einer Spur Holunder und etwas Mineralik. Saftige, noch jugendliche Frucht im Mund, viel herbe pflanzlich-kräuterige Würze, wieder etwas grüne Beeren und Holunder, feine, lebendige Säure, hefige und florale Töne am Gaumen, auch nussige Anklänge, aber am Gaumen schlägt der Sauvignon fast noch deutlicher durch als in der Nase, etwas Nachhaltigkeit, zart bitterlich im Hintergrund, guter Abgang.
