2010 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Terlan Sauvignon Quarz, Alto Adige, Italy

Translate to English Sehr fester, noch ganz und gar verschlossener, hefiger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und grün-gemüsigen Aromen, Holunder, floralen Tönen und intensiver Mineralik. Dicht, konzentriert und saftig im Mund, reife, geschliffene Frucht, hefige Aromen, herbe kräuterig-pflanzliche und auch gemüsige Töne, feine, lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, kraftvoll und kompakt, sehr fester Bau, noch extrem jung, nussige Spuren, tief, sehr mineralisch, lang. Muss reifen, macht aber am 3. Tag endlich ein wenig auf, wird deutlich zugänglicher und animierender und deutet an, dass er sich noch einmal steigern könnte.
