Translate to English Noch immer eine Spur reduktiver, nussiger, kühl-kräuteriger und etwas holzwürziger Duft mit vegetabilen und gelbfruchtigen Aromen sowie leicht erdigen Tönen, einer Spur Hefe und deutliche Mineralik im Hintergrund. Reife, schmelzige und feinwürzige Frucht im Mund, vegetabile Aromen, nussige Töne, Tabak und wieder etwas Holz, nachhaltig und kräftig am Gaumen, aber auch mit kühlen Elementen, viel salzige Mineralik, sehr feine Säure, ausgesprochen fester Bau, hat Stoff und gewisse Tiefe, noch eher jung, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Legt über Tage zu und sollte noch weiter reifen.
