Translate to English Fester und tiefer, getrocknet-vegetabiler, etwas nussiger und verhalten holziger, auch noch recht deutlich hefiger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen Aromen, einem Hauch Tabak und erdig-mineralischen Noten. Herb und recht fest im Mund, deutlich hefig, etwas buttrig und nussig, feine Säure, vegetabile Töne, leicht antrocknender Gerbstoff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein Hauch Lardo im Hintergrund, erdige bis mineralische Noten, noch etwas gedeckt, gewisse Wärme und Schmelz, legt mit Luft stetig zu, sehr guter, etwas salziger und noch ganz leicht antrocknender Abgang. Sollte noch ein wenig reifen.
