Cool, somewhat yeasty and herbaceous-vegetable nose, also reminiscent of seaweed and a little crabmeat, of pome fruit and citrus fruits. Pome fruit and citrus also in the mouth, a little anise spice, relatively fine mousseux and moderate tannic grip, delicate, sweet melting, a hint of rock candy, tones reminiscent of egg white, some persistence, a little salt, again also seaweed, good finish.
