Quite polished, almost cool, nutty pome fruit scent with citrus aromas, a little herbs, floral nuances and some minerality. Firmly woven, ripe, slightly warm, juicy fruit with bite and grip, some smoky, light wood, persistent on the palate, lots of power, salt, herbs and fennel in the background, a little celery, good substance and some depth, very good, tart, light woody and still slightly drying finish with lots of salt and a hint of fennel.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2028+. What our ratings mean
