2016 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Bianco Riserva "Sanctissimus", Alto Adige, Italy

Clear, firm and quite deep, cool and tart nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, some herbs, yeast and floral nuances. Cool, bright, very polished fruit, firm structure, yeasty, herbaceous-vegetable and delicately spicy aromas, very fine acidity, some grip of ripe tannin, well-integrated, bright, nutty wood notes, persistent, good depth, has power and elegance at the same time, bright mineral tones, still rather undeveloped, also closes up with air at first, very good, firm, herbaceous and grippy finish. Needs to mature
