cool nose, still slightly yeasty, vegetal notes, prominent citrus aromas, yellow fruit, pomaceous and stone fruit, fresh herbs, green tobacco and a hint of bacon, light oak. Juicy, creamy fruit on the palate, firm, elegant acidity, salty mineral notes, herbaceous notes, hint of tobacco and yellow spice, light tannic touch, peppery spice in the background, hint of red berries, full body, noticeable high alcohol, very good finish with candied fruit.
