Light vegetal, earthy and nutty notes on the nose, pomaceous fruit, hint of tobacco and mushrooms. Ripe, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal ,delicate herbaceous and nutty notes, very elegant acidity, some sugar candy, sweetish and creamy, fairly persistent, noticeable warm alcohol, hint of bacon, some juniper, salty nuances on a good finish.
