Clear, polished nose, light yeasty and delicate nutty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light mineral notes in the background. Fairly juicy, clear fruit on the palate, yeasty and prominent nutty aromas, elegant, lively acidity, good substance and persistence, medium body, prominent mineral notes, herbaceous traces in the background, firm structure, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, but also has cool elements, clear contours, spicy nutty and mineral notes on a very good juicy finish.
