2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Noir Riserva, Alto Adige, Italy

Touch of wilted flowers and sooty traces on the nose, red berries, hint of mushrooms and tobacco, light earthy and peppery notes, touch of bacon. Ripe, partly dried and partly preserved fruit on the palate, nutty, spicy oak, delicate hint of caramel, chocolate and coffee, fine, sandy, ripe tannins, persistent and full-bodied, buttery traces, hint of bacon, good substance and persistence, salty notes in the background, tannins still slightly astringent, but become more harmonious with aeration, very good finish.
