Fairly cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, yellow and green fruit, touch of green vegetables, delicate mineral and floral traces. Straightforward fruit on the palate, spicy vegetal notes, delicate yeasty notes, herbs, pepery traces, mineral notes, elegant acidity, light tannic grip, full-bodied, good persistence, still very slightly muted, slightly noticeable warm alcohol, good to very good finish with spicy and tart mineral traces.
