2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Pinot Grigio Sanct Valentin, Alto Adige, Italy

Prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, light yellow spice, pomaceus and citrus fruit, nuttxy oak, hint of bacon. Ripe, juicy fruit on the palate, yellow spice, smoked bacon and some nutty oak, lively, elegant acidity, integrated tannins provide some grip, peppery notes, persistent, has substancem herbaceous traces, cool salty mineral notes in the background, good depth, quite complex, still largely undeveloped,full-bodied, very good firm, juicy, slightly smoky finish with salty and herbaceous notes.
