2015 Südtirol / Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer Sanct Valentin, Alto Adige, Italy

Light floral and delicate vegetal notes on the nose, partly preserved yellow melons, some lychee and pomaceous fruit, still slightly yeasty. Ripe, warm, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, yeasty traces, light spicy notes, delicate nutty notes, very elegant acidity, full-bodied, noticeable but integrated alcohol, moderate tannic grip, touch of bitter orange in the background, hint of yellow spice, persistent, some depth, very good finish. Still needs time to mature.
