Green vegetal notes on the nose, hint of bacon, light citrussy yellow fruit, floral traces, whiff of lemon verbena,, yeasty traces, restrained light nutty oak, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, juicy, fairly firm fruit on the palate, full-bodied and creamy, but also has some bite, light oak, some peanuts and buttery notes, lively acidity, persistent and quite concentrated, ethereal notes, noticeable warm alcohol, salty notes in the background, more bite on a very good firm, fairly powerful finish.
