Very clear, polished, surprisingly cool nose, pomaceous fruit, hint of citrus and some pineapple, yeasty notes, light floral traces, fairly prominent oak. Firm, polished, again fairly cool, clear fruit on the palate, citrus and pomaceous fruit, very elegant, lively acidity, fairly prominent oak, persistent and firm, nutty notes, herbaceous notes and some dried flowers in the background, has some depth, still largely undeveloped, hint of tobacco, clear contours, more spicy oak on a very good, long, compley, elegant, juicy finish.
