Youthful nose, light yeasty and vegetal notes, prominent spicy oak, citrus and pomaceous fruit, hint of yellow melon, herbaceous aromas, hint of bacon, cloves, some popcorn, light mineral notes in the background. Ripe juicy fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty notes, more oaky notes reminiscent of popcorn, elegant, lively acidity, vegetal and herbaceous notes, full-bodied, lots of substance, very creamy, but also has some bite, hint of tobacco, very good, slightly warm finish with salty traces and light vanilla oak.
