Translate to English Recht herber, fester, getrocknet-vegetabiler und erdiger Holunderduft mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen. Kräftig und leicht süßlich-schmelzig im Mund, sehr reife Frucht mit deutlich vegetabilen Aromen und wieder ein wenig Holunder, feine, recht lebendige Säure, nachhaltig am Gaumen, spürbarer Alkohol, aber auch kühle Noten und Biss, ein Hauch Röstzwiebeln, herbe Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang.
