Translate to English Leicht entwickelte, kühle, fein-pflanzliche und etwas erdige Nase mit Kernobst- und Zitrusaromen, mineralischen Tönen, etwas Nüssen, Kamillenblüten und Hefe. Fest gewirkte, relativ kühl wirkende, ausgesprochen herbe Frucht im Mund, vegetabile, nussige und deutlich hefige Aromen, wieder auch Kamille, sehr feine, dabei straffe Säure, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, hat Griff, etwas Tiefe, noch immer relativ jung wirkend, tabakige Nuancen, viel Salz, sehr guter bis langer Abgang. Darf weiter reifen.
