Herbaceous-plant and nutty aroma with fine yellow fruity and subtly smoky notes, as well as increasingly lavender in the air. Firmly structured, ripe-juicy fruit with bright nutty and slightly smoky wood notes, fine acidity, herbal tones on the palate, good substance and sustainability, a hint of spice bread crust in the background, subtly brown butter, again lavender, wood becoming more pronounced with air, chalky-salty tones, still young, very good, slightly nutty, roasted, and tobacco-like finish.
