Quite firm, tart aroma of ripe mixed berries with cherries, vanilla wood aromas, herbal and floral nuances as well as a hint of pepper, smoke and cinnamon. Ripe, juicy, somewhat warm fruit, slightly nutty and smoky wood spice, crumbly tannin, good substance and persistence, cocoa and dark caramel in the background, spicy and also mineral hints, dried mushrooms, also a little parsley, very good, tangy, chalky, also salty and still very slightly drying-woody finish with tobacco nuances and a hint of juniper.

Best to drink: 2023-2027+. What our ratings mean
