Slightly tart nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, nutty, earthy and mineral notes, citrus notes, a whiff of pomaceous fruit and green berries, some elderflower in the background. Ripe, creamy, warm fruit on the palate, very elegant acidity, floral, vegetal and herbaceous notes, full-bodied, noticeable hitgh alcohol, persistent, good depth, hint of dark berries in the background, complex, more floral aromas, develops more grip and bite with aeration, very good firm, juicy finish.
