Translate to English Nussiger und zart hefiger Kernobstduft mit leicht kräuterigen und erdigen Noten sowie einer Spur Bergblüten und mineralischen Anklängen. Zitrusbetonte Frucht mit Noten von grünem, aber auch mürbem Apfel, sehr lebendiger Säure und herben pflanzlichen bis kräuterigen Aromen, hat Biss und ganz leicht trocknenden Gerbstoff-Griff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, spürbarer Alkohol, den die Säure aber gut aufwiegt, nussige, buttrige und zart hefige Aromen im Hintergrund, guter bis sehr guter, apfelfruchtiger und wieder nussiger Abgang.
