Translate to English Herber, leicht tabakiger Duft nach schwarzen und ein wenig roten Beeren mit Paprikanoten, Pfeffer und röstigen Tönen. Herb und kräftig im Mund, überwiegend schwarze Frucht mit viel röstigem Holz, noch ein wenig glatt am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Anklänge an Suppenfond und geschmorten Paprika, dazu Bitterschokolade und Kardamom, gute Nachhaltigkeit, pfeffrige und erdige Nuancen, noch ganz leicht trocknend, gewinnt mit Luft merklich, sehr guter Abgang mit Zug. Braucht Zeit.
