Somewhat rooty and slightly mushroomy scent with bright yellow fruit, hints of smoky and nutty tones and a little dried flowers. Ripe, tart, bright fruit, very fine acidity and delicate grip, light almondy-nutty wood, good substance and persistence, some melting, mushroomy tones and a touch of protein on the palate, chalk and clearly salt, some depth, warm and cool elements, very good, tart finish.
