Firm, herbal-planty and very slightly ethereal aroma of citrus fruits with a little pome and stone fruit as well as almondy-nutty and very delicate light floral tones. Firmly woven, tart fruit with quite lively acidity and plenty of grip, smoky and still slightly yeasty tones, dense and persistent on the palate, a hint of dark berries in the background, chalky-salty minerality, noticeable alcohol, but also cooling, partly ethereal notes, certain depth, very good, firm, only slightly drying finish.

Best to drink: Ende 2023 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
