Firm aroma of black berries with some black olives, herbal notes and slightly meaty tones. Tart dark fruit, fine, youthful tannin, nutty and a little dark tobacco flavours, good substance and persistence, has power, salt in the background, a little coffee and cocoa, still young looking, a touch of paprika, minty traces, hints of soot, very good finish.

Best to drink: Bis 2028+. What our ratings mean

Editor note: Cedar-like scent of partly dried black berries with slightly smoky and nutty aromas as well as minty-herbal and spicy nuances. Ripe, firm, juicy, quite concentrated fruit, crumbly-sandy tannin, cocoa-spicy wood and a little smoke, persistent and strong on the palate, warming alcohol, dry herb notes in the background, tart spicy notes, very good, firm, still a little after-drying finish
